Adam Troutman’s life was tragically cut short on Thursday, April 16th, when he was fatally struck in a hit-and-run while walking along Vaughn Mill Rd in Highview, Kentucky.
At just 27 years old, Adam’s bright spirit, love for his family, affection for his cats, and passion for nature touched everyone who knew him.
